Shipping
Shipping within mainland UK is FREE.
Shipping to Scotland and British Isles will cost £2.50 per item. Handbag Addiction uses First Class Royal Mail.
International shipping: £4.50 per item. Handbag Addiction uses Royal Mail, International Sign For Services.

Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
Ordering From Us
2. Placing an Order
2.1 You are deemed to place an online order with us by ordering via our Online Shopping Cart. You will be requested to register your details: Name, Address and Telephone Number on the Handbag Addiction website, this process is secure using an SSL 128 bit encryptions.
2.2 Your order will then proceed to the `Make a Payment` stage. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered via email.
2.3 The method of payment that we expect is Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Switch and Solo. The Shopping Cart is SSL Secured 128 Bit, as provided by Paypal and fall under the terms and conditions of www.paypal.com
For orders by e-mail with Paypal, you are deemed to place an order with us when you pay the Paypal invoice we send you with your order details.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email containing the details of the transaction. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately. The purchase contract will not be made if we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order (see article 4 below).
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order-
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3. Pricing
3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
3.2 Delivery rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically.
4. Cancellation and Returns Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you must notify us by email to cancellation@handbagaddiction.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, you must return the goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us provided you inform us within 3 working days of delivery of your intention to return the goods and return them to us within 7 working days thereafter. The goods must be sent to Handbag Addiction with its original packing and in the same `as new` condition. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by us if the item is defected for orders within mainland UK except Scottish Highlands. Handbag Addiction will not be held liable for any damage or loss in return transit and items may not be refunded. For all European and International returns a valid tracking number must be provided. See section "Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy" in the Customer Care page for details on how the return process works.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount you paid -minus the delivery cost of sending the item to you- or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the event that the product has been used.
The provision of this clause 4.4 does not affect your statutory rights.
